Price list

Prices are the same for all seasons except during midsummer prices are different.

Rental time is mainly for one week, starting either Monday or Friday.
Rental time for weekend starts from Friday afternoon and lasts untill Sunday afternoon.
For single nights, we rent only Ylä-Koivula. Price for one night is 100 € Sun-Thu, 150 € Fri-Sat.

Other exeptional reservations are possible, just call or ask by email.

Price does not include linen set or final cleaning. Customers must leave the cottages in as clean a condition as they found them. Final cleaning can be provided for 100€.  For an extra charge of 15€ per person you can hire a linen set (this includes bed sheet, duvet cover, pillow case and bath towel).

Reservation is first made by paying a booking fee of 50€ by the due date. Remaining rent must be paid by the date on the order confirmation/bill. In addition there are 3€ handling costs.

NOTE. LEAVING BOOKING FEE UNPAID IS NOT CANCELLATION .
If You wish to cancel Your reservation, You must inform us of it either by phone or by email.
