Buildings/plot

- inland destination – though there are plenty of bodies of water in the surrounding area

- nearest neighbors approx. 150 m away, no direct line of sight
- period of use from spring to autumn
Worth noting:
- Well-behaved pets allowed.
- The water tank on top of the sauna heater must always be at least two-thirds full of water when you start heating the stove—otherwise, it will be damaged.
Main building
- single-storey, log construction, on level ground, approx. 50 m², built in 1939
- main room, bedroom with a door, covered terrace, anteroom/changing room and sauna, wood-burning stove, hot water tank, small water heater
- Outdoor toilet (“outhouse”) attached to the woodshed, approximately 10 m away.
- Covered terrace of approximately 25 m², completed in the summer of 2023; serves as an unheated space in winter (though it does have underfloor heating, and the windows are single-glazed).
- Sleeping arrangements: a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom; an old-fashioned (short) sofa bed in the main room.
- authentic old wood-burning stove and baking oven
- lifting well about 20m, running cold water from a common well, poor pressure – the old-fashioned way is recommended, i.e. mixing hot and cold washing water into the dish
- electrical system
- wood-burning sauna
- Small cooling-off terrace built in 2023 in connection with the sauna.
